I voted other - Here in New England - Papa Gino's but I have not tried some on the list...Papa Johns, Bertucci's, Uno's (a loooonnngg time ago and don't like chunky tomatoes on my pizza

My favorites tend to be the small privately owned pizza places vs. the big mass produced places. I just think their pizza is better and they treat you better/nicer.

Papa Ginos. It's a big chain in Massachusetts (not sure about the rest of New England). It's thin, and man is it good.

Another Papa G's fan here. While I'll agree it's not the best gourmet pizza around I'll say there's something addictive about those pizzas.

I picked Pizza Hut. I love their pan pizza and they use a lot of toppings. They don't skimp on toppings like Domino's.

My favorite pizza comes from a local place, but for chain pizza, my favorite is Pizza Hut.

I just found out that a town next to me is the 3rd time U.S. Pizza champion and was 5th in the world. I'll be trying them soon. I'll let you know.

When I miss CA, I eat Pizza Hut here since it tastes just the same as in the US (except with better appetizers and desserts!)...otherwise, the pizza chain Perfect Pizza (UK only) - they have a cheese and garlic pizza that is AMAZING (no tomato sauce.)

It's almost a sin to say this - but I live in Manhattan, grew up in Northern NJ and LOVE Pizza Hut. My family is ashamed.

I have to be really hungry and out of options to eat chain pizza. I lived the first 59 years of my life in an area that had lots of independent pizza shops that made chain pizza look and taste like garbage.

I was sure I would never again have a decent pizza once I moved to Florida, but the one pizza place closest to me has great New York style pizza. All the rest, and I mean all of them, are just wannabes. Pizza can be a very personal thing, you know...

I didn't see anyone mention Mellow Mushroom. There are a dozen+ places here in GA and I know there are some in FL - mostly in college towns. The best pizza I've had!

(BTW, I've totally been a pizza-craving freak the last few weeks and this thread doesn't make it easier!)
