Pizza Sandwich at Earle of Sandwich

DD15 was curious about the pizza sandwiches at the Earle of Sandwich. Are they anything like "mountain pies"?

Not sure what a mountain pie is- but my ds5 had the pizza sandwhich last time and it was essentially a pizza bagel but on a sandwich instead. It was rather tasty.

A Mountain Pie is normally made over a fire while camping, using something that looks like a waffle iron but with long handles. You butter 2 slices of bread, then put whatever filling inside you like (pizza, fruit pie filling, etc.), then you hold it over the campfire long enough for the bread to become toasted and the filling to be warm and melted. Yum
