GF yes, df maybe (depends on if they have the cheese avail). In my experience-skip the pizza all together. It was awful the last two times we had it.

My son ate a dairy free one. I want to say there were a few options of crusts & I don't think I picked the Udis one. He also ate pizza at Pizzafari.

Yes the pizza there is gross but my kids like to eat there so its all about making them happy!

Email Special.diets@Disneyworld.com and request info on GF items. They will send a pdf for all resorts and parks listing what GF items are available at every eatery....

They do have the OMG wheat-free indvidual pizzas at Pizza Planet, btw...the PDF is very extensive.

Pizza Planet serves Amy's GF and DF pizza. My DD 12 enjoys this cs very much we eat each visit spring and winter. Its is large enough for two to share. Much larger than the regular offering.
