The restaurant will reopen. What it will reopen as, nobody knows. It's all rumor and speculation at this point. Some say a new Pizza Planet will open in Toy Story land, and the current building will be returned as a Muppets eatery.

There's a thread on the Rumors and News board that's been discussing it for a couple of months.

Looks like you'll need to make alternative plans. Frankly the "pizza" there was terrible anyway. Perhaps your son would enjoy SciFi Dine-in?

I'm good with the alternate plans. He actually took the news better than I thought. As long at Star Tours is operational for our visit, I think everything else is optional in his eyes.

Id freak if star tours was closed during our visit-that's the main reason to visit DHS.
