Pizza Delivery from Outside WDW

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes:

Does anyone know of any pizza shops or other food places that will deliver to the Poly?? We're going later this summer and are thinking that getting pizza delivered a few nights will be cheaper than eating at a Disney Restaurant every night.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning having Papa John's (I think) being delivered to different resorts. Try to do a search.

When DH and I were on our honeymoon we opened up the yellowpages and picked a pizza place to order from. It was actually pretty late, too (we had been at Pleasure Island), and they delivered. I don't remember the name (probably papa john's like Princess Tink said) but it was pretty good.

There was a recent thread on this in the Orlando Hotels and Attractions board. You might try a search there. I seem to remember Flippers, papa johns and a few local places that I don't remember the names.

As much as I love Disney and most of the food there, Dh & I find the pizza not very palatable! Papa Johns and Pizza Hut would be much better choices! Good Luck!

thanks for all the replies, so papa john's will deliver to the poly because I though I had read somewhere that not many people deliver to the poly?

Can't help you on the Poly, but one trip a few years back, my brother and I had Domino's delivered to the BWI. Ask at the front desk, that's what we did.

I found out that Pizza Hut delivered to Disney by looking in the yellow pages of the phone book at POR when we were there. They don't deliver to your room, only to the lobby/registration area. We had to walk over and meet them there.

There were quite a few places that said they would deliver to WDW.

How about any delivery places that deliver something other than Pizza? At this point I'm interested in anything! My mom will be need lots of rest so delivery is a great option for us but even I of the ironbelly clan can't do pizza for two whole weeks. Anyone have other ideas or be there soon and check the yellow pages for me?

I just called a Pizza hut on Palm Parkway since I wanted to know and they said they do deliver at Disney resorts. I like their pizza better than Disney's pizza.
