When I returned my National rental car at MCO on Sept. 15, the agent removed my luggage from the trunk for me and also noticed that I had left my camera in the car. I was so grateful to this young man. I sympathize with those who have lost bags, cameras, etc. I contacted National. He is an asset to their company! :cheer2:

It is nice when that happens.

I had a car accident in Albuquerque. We went back to the National location at the airport and dealt directly with the manager. The guy who hit me was also in a rental and accepted full responsibility for the accident and want to pay right there. The manager told him no, they had to go thru the process and took his info...... there was nice lot attendant standing there helping me out.....

Fast forward two months and I get bill from National for the repairs.... the manager claims to not have any of the info he was given and I am on the hook for the repairs...... well, after pushing the issue and remembering the lot attendants name, things got resolved. See, the lot attendant, whose name was Forrest (I wonder why I remembered it), he vouched for me saying he remembered the incident and stood up for me saying I was not at fault. This kid didn't know me from a hole in the wall, but saved my butt! National dropped the issue because Forrest helped me out!
