Hi everyone I am in need of Pixie Dust, in the past two days I have put my body through a marathon. I am opening a new theatre piece on Thursday which has kept me at rehearsals until midnight the past three days, and to top it off I had to step in yesterday to complete a grant application to fund our accessibility project..which kept me up to 4am this morning...
To say the least my body now isn't to sure what I am going to do next....so please send me some Pixie Dust...
Thanks
faeflora

I am sending 3 types of pixie dust:
Sleeping potion (extra strength with optional "easy wake up when you need to" components)
Break a Leg potion (traditional theatrical version) for good luck in your theater piece.
Gold Thumb potion for luck in obtaining funding.
I should have a good, reliable source of pixie dust since my oldest DD maintains that she IS Tinkerbell. She wrote a persuasion piece for an English class where she went over all the evidence:
Blonde hair tht can be put up into a bun, blue eyes, favorite color is a particular color of green, dislikes Captain Hook, likes shiny things, can pout.
Anyway, good luck.

When I get into this sort of physical shape, I find the best thing is to go to a well-qualified certified massage therapist for a 75 to 90 minute massage -- a full-body massage laying down and not just a shoulders and back massage sitting in a chair. Even if (like most people, including me) you carry your stress mostly in the shoulders and upper back, it really hits your whole body -- it is amazing how badly we can mess ourselves up when we stop paying attention to what we are doing to ourselves. Give yourself the rest of that day off too ... and drink plenty of water after the massage.

And good luck on the theater work.

Pixie Dust is swirling around you... can you feel it? :)
