Okay now its time to drug your kids up, and no I'm not kidding. Bolster those immune systems with natural vitamins! 1000 mg of Vitamin C daily, mininmum, and they have those in chewables. Also give them one tablet of chewable Zinc a day as well and LOTS of orange juice! Works wonders for fighting off things!
