Pixie Dust Meets at WDW Oct - Dec Canceled

Just wanted to let anyone thinking of attending the Pixie Dust Meets at Ghirardelli's Oct - Dec that we've had to cancel - just not enough interest. Oh, well.

Our family will be at WDW then, so hope we will be able to join you. The Pixie Dust meet sounds like a great idea! What a lovely way to spread a little extra magic to those special kids.

Daxx's Wife here! Daxx, DS8 and I will all be there and we can't wait! DS8 is so excited about giving to another child!!! It should be a fun time! Thanks for doing this! Can't wait to meet everyone else, too!

ETA - TDS has some nice small items on sale. For example, they have cute character watches for $2.99 ea. -- Lizzie McGuire, Princesses, Nemo, Power Rangers are the ones I remember offhand. Nice watches, great price. Also, some cute Lilo and Stitch make-it-yourself beaded bracelet kids for $1.99. DS8 also said there are little transistor radios for $2.99 in various characters -- Nemo and Lizzie McGuire and Princesses were at our store. Key chains, too -- $1.99.

This is such a wonderful idea!!My family is staying at GKTW Aug 4th-10th,and July 13th is my son Gabrion's(Wish child,tetralogy of fallot,congenital heart defect) 4th Bday!! His Wish is being granted by the RI MAW.

I wish we could join you!I plan on donating to MAW/GKTW whenever we can.They've been amazing to us.We can't wait to see his Wish granters again next month when they bring all of our plane tickets and other things we'll need.

This will be our first trip to Disney.We'd never be able to afford it otherwise.We are so excited!!! These organizations are truly magical !!

Thank you all so much for doing this for these kids!!Without people like you trips like these wouldn't be so magical.

I would love to be there but cannot. Is there someone I can send my donation to that can make sure it gets to GKTW? I know I can mail to them directly but I'd like to support the idea of these meets at least in a cyber-form.

We will be there this year from October 28-Nov 5th, if another of these happens at that time, we will be sure to be there!
