Pixie Dust & Holiday Cheer for AAA pass?

Hi Everyone -- don't know the protocol on this, so please be gentle. I would give a right arm for a AAA parking pass for December 14-22nd. (well, I guess I don't have one to spare after all). Is there anyone out there to whom I could mail postage for their used pass? We usually USE AAA to book our trips, and therefore get one in a bona fide manner ... However, we have pieced this trip together apart from AAA, and we sure are going to miss that parking pass. We do not have the dining plan this year (can you say SAD?!) so we will need to go offsite some for meals. The $8 a day is a killer.

This would be some serious Christmas Pixie Dust for a family on a budget! Thanks in advance for any consideration...

I don't have one but some of the parks blacklist most dates over Christmas anyway, so it might not work at all the parks.

In any case, they are not transferrable. If you have used one in the past you know it doesn't entitle you to free parking. You still need to pay the parking fee with or without a pass. I think the parking fee is $10 a day now. You might wish to budget that in now.

On the bright side... you'll be in WDW! It's all in how you look at it.

Actually parking is now $11 dollars per day. I am considering an AP compared to a 10 day non-expiry hopper because of the free parking included in an AP.

I could easily be wrong (hey, it's been known to happen!) but... the OP refers to having to 'go offsite' for some meals. This implies to me that they are staying onsite. If that's true, there is no charge for parking anyway.

But, as ExPirateGirl points out - Off-site Guests with the Diamond Card still have to PAY for parking.

AAA parking passes are non-transferrable per AAA rules. So...I'm going to be cranky this morning and shut this down before it goes downhill...as always happens. Thanks for your understanding.
