After my daughter's new cell phone flew out of her pocket on Space Mountain we figured it was gone for good. After making numerous inquiries we were directed to have a CM at guest services call the MK at about 9:30 that evening. After dining at Epcot and finding out guest services near the International Gateway was closed we again thought it was fruitless. We were leaving the next morning. westopped in a shop and a lovely CM (wish we had her name too) called MK and put my daughter on the phone. After giving a decription he was almost certain he had it but my daughter would need to go to the Ticket and Transportation Center the next morning to claim it. After a very long trip back to POP we stopped to ask the best way to get there with the limited time available. We were checking out at 10 with Magical Express and the center required a bus then Monorail to get there.
After considering the dilemna for a few minutes Bryan excused himself, went in the back, came back and took $20.00 out of the drawer logged it in, gave it to my daughter and told her to take a cab by the luggage area at 8:30 the next morning! I could not believe it! She was back at 9:30 cell phone in hand, still in excellent condition. Bryan, thank you for the pixie dust!!!!
