Today is our arrival day, and I received a phone call a couple hours ago. The CM said, “I know you requested Congress Park, but I can have a room ready for your arrival in the Springs if that is acceptable?” I said, “sure, that’s fine.”

She said,” Congratulations, I just upgraded your studio to a 2-bedroom villa!”

Back in the day, we could get pool and water views comped all the time, but in 7 DVC trips, never have we been given a room category that was better then what we booked.

I was completely shocked!! We have rented DVC points at least 12-15 times and never been upgraded.

We booked a studio at BWV and received an upgrade to a 1BDV. Now we are hooked on the space and can't go back. It was an amazing upgrade, but in the end they get us for more money every year!!

Great upgrade but it’s a dangerous one lol. We got upgraded last August at Rivera from a 2 bedroom villa to a 3 bedroom grand villa! We are still in shock. The 3 bedroom was beyond amazing to say the least. Now all we can think of is trying to repeat that stay which ain’t happening.
