Pixie dust at Contemporary today

I just had to share with people who would appreciate this! Our family checked in to the Contemporary today and we were chosen as The Family of the Day and upgraded from Standard Garden Wing to Theme Park view! We just finished watching Wishes from our balcony

We were fortunate enough to stay there with MK view when the kids were young(many years ago now). It was truly a magical experience.

We got a mega upgrade about a year ago ourselves when staying at the CR. My kids still talk about it. Enjoy your stay....the Theme Park view is definitely super cool.

We had a similar upgrade- garden wing to Concierge (view of bay lake). I bawled. The two people I was traveling with (first timers) didn't get it.

I tear up thinking about that magic. We watched the water pageant nearly every night from our balcony and stared at the mk during breakfast in the lounge every morning.

What a wonderful start to your vacation! We had the MK view (concierge) last August 2011 and we enjoyed watching the electrical water pageant each night as well as Wishes fireworks. I also loved all the great pictures I was able to take from our balcony. I even have a great zoomed in picture of Expedition Everest!! It's amazing that you can see all the way to AK from up there!!!
