Pixar Place Availabilty

I've been stalking the web site to piece together a stay at Pixar Place, but was wondering... are some rooms still being renovated and will be added to inventory as they're done? Or am I just picking up cancellations?

We were there last month and they are renovating all the rooms on the side closest to downtown Disney. I’m not sure how that works when the rooms are finished and when they add them into the inventory.

It could be a little of both. It seems like they aren't quite done with the construction.
