why isn't Disney just making a bugs land Pixar land and adding the roller coaster from toy story land and the buzz light year attraction to that land and add toy story mania.

Is there some type of overall plan with pictures available for public viewing?

No, it hasn’t been created yet and even most Disney people don’t know exactly where/what Marvel Land will look like. Disney is being pretty tight-lipped on the details because there have been too many leaks over the years! Latest rumors from people in the know are that Marvel Land will take over the back parking lot, plus maybe the area of one of the Bugs Land rides, but bugs land itself wouldn’t completely go away. Of course that is all subject to change!
