Is there a pitcher to make kool-aid or crystal light in a 1 BR villa? Thanks

There's often one, about a one qt size.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was yet another discussion of Stephen Strasburg's innings limit! :thumbsup2

We've always had a pitcher available in all the DVC kitchens. I know the one at OKW is larger than the one we had at AKV, but still a pitcher. Oh, and we'll take Stephen Strasburg even with his limited innings! The Twins have deplorable pitching!:rotfl:

But Diane! You have the "Hamma from Alabama"! :worship: We loved Josh Willingham and were so sad to lose him. Strasburg's final game is Sept. 12. Then I hope all the talking heads will shut up about it already! :headache:

We just returned froom WDW at a 1 bdr BLT stay. There was a pitcher, but it was a small one

True, but the Hammer can't pitch!

I'm a member of Red Sox Nation. Please, no mention of pitchers or pitching!

I have to tell you that we make crystal light, that is all my DH drinks. We have never once had a pitcher that would hold 2 quarts in any size villa we have stayed in. When we have asked housekeeping for a pitcher that would hold 2 quarts, all they bring is that clear hard plastic water pitcher with no top.

This coming trip, we are taking our own and leaving it in our OL.

As a Nats fan whose team was AWFUL for years, I feel your pain. At least you got rid of Beckett...:thumbsup2

Really? Then you must not have stayed at OKW, because there is a 2 qt version there.
I read the pitchers are lidless?
The one at OKW has a lid. The problem is that they wash the flexible plastic pitcher in the dishwasher, and sometimes the lid gets so misshapen it wont fit right.

Actually, I have stayed at OKW more times than I can count on my fingers and toes. It was our first purchase in 1999 and I prefer to stay there over any other resort, but we have never had a pitcher suitable for mixing lemonade, etc. and it was at OKW that we requested a 2-quart pitcher from Mousekeeping and they kept bringing that hard plastic water pitcher.

At SSR Treehouses its a small, plastic, cover-less one, I was using less than half the Crystal Light package for a 2qt, it seemed even smaller than a 1qt. I thought i remembered many trips back a 2qt with a cover at Boardwalk maybe, but no luck this time. I had to mix some pour a couple of glasses, and mix up more. :scratchin

This photo shows the small plastic pitcher at AKV. To get some perspective, to the right of the pitcher is a 1-cup measuring cup.

Yep, that is the clear hard topless pitcher we always have.

And that is why we would take a cheap pitcher with us, even if we didn't have a locker to leave it in when we left.

Yes, we've had those too, but there is usually a covered one above the stove. Come to think of it though, I don't remember seeing it recently.
