PISTACHIO MARSHMELLOW SALAD
1 package (4 oz. serving size) jell-o pistachio flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
½ cup chopped walnuts
3¼ cups miniature marshmallows
2 tubs (8 ounces each) Cool Whip
maraschino cherries for garnish
Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juices, nuts & 1 cup marshmallows in a large bowl until blended. Gently stir in one tub of whipped topping. Mix remaining tub of whipped topping & two cups of marshmallows in separate bowl; reserve ½ of the mixture for garnish. Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture into a large serving bowl. Top with remaining marshmallow mixture & remaining pudding mixture. Garnish with cherries.
If you do not want layers, then mix it all together.
