Cooking Pistachio Salad

I had this salad...I think this is what it's called. It was green whip cream like stuff. It had marshmallows, little bits of pistachio and pineapple. I loved it!

Does anyone have a recipe?

PISTACHIO MARSHMELLOW SALAD

1 package (4 oz. serving size) jell-o pistachio flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
½ cup chopped walnuts
3¼ cups miniature marshmallows
2 tubs (8 ounces each) Cool Whip
maraschino cherries for garnish

Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juices, nuts & 1 cup marshmallows in a large bowl until blended. Gently stir in one tub of whipped topping. Mix remaining tub of whipped topping & two cups of marshmallows in separate bowl; reserve ½ of the mixture for garnish. Spoon ½ of the pudding mixture into a large serving bowl. Top with remaining marshmallow mixture & remaining pudding mixture. Garnish with cherries.

If you do not want layers, then mix it all together.

I just made this for Christmas!

1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
20 oz. can chunk pineapple with juice
20 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix and chill 1 hour.

Wow! other people do eat it too. Its one of my faves. usually reserved for thanksgivng and Christmas and most people i know have never had it.
