Pirate's quest.....

The quest where you can win your own boat by doing 3 mini games, the third lvl with the krakken is unbelievably stupid!!!! It randomly pops up and kills you every time you stop and you have to stop to tag the idols... is there some trick I'm missing, this game seems like the lottery cuz its totally random where the dude pops up.

I have won level three many times, for me the trick is let the monster get close to you - slow down but don't let him touch you. Also shot him 7 or 8 times when you get near the idol and quickly hit idol and most of the time I go back the way I came and the monster comes up somewhere else. Hope this helps
