Yes it was on the wonder 7/31- 8/3, no there wasn't anything in the shops regarding the movie.

Regarding merchandise:

The only two things Disney has produced (here at the parks) are the Soundtrack...which is being sold at $20 and change and a poster that they gave out to guest in the opening week of Pirates. This item is not officially on sale...but you can find it on www.ebay.com .
