Pirates of C gift shop question

Help! Did anyone happen to see if there is a Capt. Jack Sparrow hat for sale in the POC gift shop recently? I bought a costume (for my DS10 to wear for MNSSHP) thinking it included the hat and it arrived today, sans hat and dreadlocks. I don't think there's enough time to order and get it here before we leave on Friday. Maybe they have it in DTD? I'm gonna be in trouble....

Target has one, it's with the adult costumes, but it would probably work. It has the attached dreads.

There are Stores called Halloween USA where they have tons of Halloween stuff and every costume you can think of. I was just there a couple days ago and they have the actual "Disney" Trademark, Captain Jack Sparrow costume and all the accessories. The hat with the dreadlocks and beads was sold separarely and was really good quality. I even tried it on. Don't remember cost. The label even has the Disney Label and Picture of Johnny Depp as Jack. But then again I don't know if they have Halloween USA stores where you live.

yes, POTC store has the hat w/ dreds and earring. I also saw it in DtD at the World of Disney store

Have a great trip. Bring your ponchos I forgot my DS and had to pay $7 for a new one for him LOL

Mn Dis Fans, what day are you going to the party? I notice you are leaving Friday and we leave Saturday. Are you taking advantage of the MEA break too?

did you get the costume from disneydirect? If so, the hat should have been included. I ordered from their and got a soft hat with the hair as part of the costume. I didn't have to pay extra for it.

Thanks for all the replies! Unfortunately our town is too small for the costume store and our Target didn't even have the costume at all. I ordered it thru Oriental Trading Co by way of Box Tops for Education so our school could get a %. So no hat included. I learned my lesson.

And yes!!!! It is our annual MEA (or thereabouts) trip to WDW!!! We'll be at the MNSSHP on the 20th!!! Look for (me) 2 DS and a middle age DH dressed as a dad.

We'll be there on the 20th too! I will have an adult Capn Jack, and there will be 4 females in poodle/mickey skirts, keep an eye out for you!

I know Fergus Falls, we used to vacation up in Pelican Rapids and Fergus Falls was our supply town.

Target does not carry the actual Capn Jack costume, just the hat sold by itself. Maybe you could hit a Target on your way to the airport, where are you flying out of?

We also saw that hat during our stay 9/24 to 10/4--went through that gift shop at least 7 times as POC is my son's favorite.

You just may see us, we plan to get there around 5:15 to see if we can get seated early. There will be 8 of us, 4 in pink skirts, so we should be hard to miss.

We are flying at 8:15 Saturday morning. We are going Suncountry, we try to avoid Northwest whenever possible LOL.
