Pirates 5

Just saw Pirates IV 3D last night. It was good and we enjoyed it very much. It was not as good as the first three I must admit. Just wondering does anyone think there will be a Pirates 5?

The current one I think is 4. I liked it! Saw it today! I am also wondering if they will make another!

Making a #5 is obviously largely dependent on the success and public reception of On Stranger Tides. Based on the first weekend, it seems to be off to a good start, although not as high as the first 3. I guess they'll have to see how it does long-term. I don't think Johnny Depp would oppose doing another, based on how it was basically because of him that they decided to do #4!

I personally love the Pirates series, and would be fine if they stopped, but would also always go see another if they chose to do one. If you ask me, Disney is open to continuing, because the plot was left wide open.

I really really really really really hope there is a Pirates 5!!! They left it open for a new movie!!! I love the whole series and can see it going for a very long time!!

BTW, absolutely LOVED Pirates 4!! Jack Sparrow in 3D was freakin awesome

I sure hope they make a fifth POTC! I loved number 4. In fact, i'm probably going to go see it again, i liked it so much.

I heard for sure a Pirates 5 and maybe a 6. I just saw 4 today and loved it!!

I thought it was on par with the first one. The middle two were weak and rather confusing with all the really far out/wacky stuff.

Blackbeard was good but not what I'd really call a "great" villain.

I read somewhere that Johnny Depp signed on for 5 at the same time he signed on for 4. He has also said in the past he will do as many PotC movies as Disney wants to produce.

They need to stop keeping Barbossa and Sparrow apart! The movie was at it's best when they were together. I hope they team up in number five!
