Does anyone know what the Auctioneer Pirate means when he says (something along the lines of) "Belay there, you vocsal swab!" What does "vocsal" mean? Ideas? Maybe I'm misspelling it?

Happy Friday, everyone! I'll be back at the park on Sunday.

my uneducated guess is "forecastle" which is usually pronounced Foc's'le. it means the front part of the ship (sailor's quarters), as opposed to the back half where the officers are stationed and live.

I have also heard forecastle used as military slang for non-officers/ lower enlisted sailers or their quarters.

Good to know. Thanks, everyone, for the enlightenment! Never heard the word "forecastle" before.

Happy Friday!

So he's basically calling them lower-class riff-raff. Pirates are so rude. pirate:

And I thought he was low-class just for selling the women! His offensiveness and disrespect clearly knows no limits. He would've loved today's internet fan boards.
