Pirate quest at WDW?

Hi all! We are going back to WDW for Thanksgiving and we would all like to do the quests and VMK tour again. When we went in September, we did the Haunted Mansion quest as part of the tour. Does anyone know if they have now switched over to the Pirate quest? Really hoping we have our time frame right!

Last I heard, they haven't yet. But the Mansion is going down for Refub next week. I've got my ears open, we even took vacation days for next week (just in case, LOL)

From my conversations with yavn in regards to the Pirate quest, yes you will be there for the quest. I believe he said it will run through the holidays.

Thanks, Roxanne! Let's hope it opens next week for you!! When you go, would you mind asking them how long the pirate quest will stay at WDW? I'm really hoping it's not just for the 2-3 weeks that Haunted Mansion is closed because I think our trip falls right after the HM opens back up again.

When I was just there, they said the Pirate Quest wouldn't be there till Thansgiving! BUT I hope for you that it is!! Jealous!

I would LOVE one of those new rooms!

I'll ask them. It's been my experience though, that the VMK staff have no clue what's actually going to happen beyond that day.
If it's not there yet, we will just stay home. I have a friend who works in the MK that will find out for us. My 90 days are just up, and I don't want to waste my tour on another Haunted Mansion set
