Can you order this at lunch too, or only at dinner? What restaurants have it? Thank you.

I'm pretty sure you can get it at lunchtime too. I remember it on the menu at LeCellier (lunch), Whispering Canyon, Mama Melrose's and 50's Prime Time. I'm sure you can get it other places, but those are where I saw it.
