Pirate/Princess party this year?

Hi All
Just wondered whether or not this was on this year, as i've not heard in mentioned?
We enjoyed it last year especially the rides with no queues!

I *think* you'll find it's been and gone. They did it back in Feb/Mar/Apr time. They tried it at the end of August/beginning of September, and then wouldn't have MNSSHP start until very end of September/beginning of October. But they obviously didn't like that set up, so moved PPP to earlier in the year, when it's slightly quieter, and have then extended MNSSHP, allowing it to start at the beginning of September.

P&PP's were cancelled this year, dates were announced as below but then cancelled due to cutbacks. Been to them for past 2 years and was hoping again for this August but not a chance unfortunately.

February 20, 27

March 8, 12, 20, 27

April 1, 22

May 1, 8, 15, 20, 25, 30

Hi All

Thanks for the information.
Is it just me or do disney seem to be cutting back on loads of stuff?

I've noticed some of the character meals are also being reduced.

Any rumours on them starting again in 2010???
We are going in Feb and would looove to do another 1 of these especially as some of our large party have never been to WDW let alone a PPP

Way too early to know, it will all depend how the economy is doing. My guess would be next year they will carry on with cutbacks, running shows to a minimum. Just can't see a big turnaround in next 12-18 months.

Yeh that's pretty much what i thought but am gonna keep all fingers and toes crossed anyway hahha
