We made our first visit August last year and ended up going again during our 3 week stay.
The parade is something else (including a rare view of Tinkerbell !) and also some horses (weather permitting). The fireworks are also good, with some great projections on and around the castle, Plenty of 'swag' to be collected on your way around the park (although I was not keen on the chocolate ) There is a great disco in Ariels grotto, and plenty of characters come and join in the party. The rides were also quite . I was hoping to go again during this years 3 weeks, but it looks as if no parties are planned for this August
We did it again in last month Nigel, no choc this year. Loads of beads, candy necklace and a candy lolly ring. Glad we did it at Easter now they are not on for our August trip.
Worth every penny, every ride was walk on and stay on, even parade crowd had gaps if you arrived last minute.
Pic here from 10:36pm to show how quiet it was.
Link to pics if you want to look, 1st 7 are from this year, rest from last year. http://s6.photobucket.com/albums/y236/wayneg1/Pirates/
Definitely on the list. I've had to re-pack so I can get my cutlass in. Not sure if I'll get the wooden leg through US customs though. Off to the airport in half an hour so I'll post pics when I get back.
I dressed up as a pirate for my own stag do, and no-one else would. All single blokes on the pull you see.
We loved the pirates and princess party - there's a link to the trippie in my sig P&PP is page 3 post 35. Main difference was dancing, jewels, WALK ON EVERY RIDE!!! well worth the money for us.
