I don’t know about Hawaii because it has been years, but no, not every itinerary has them. They used to do a Frozen deck party instead of pirate night in northern itineraries (Europe, Alaska).

Until now, every cruise outside of Northern Europe and Alaska has had a Pirate night. They offer it in California and the Mediterranean even if those places do not really go with the theme. You can assume they will have it for the Hawaiian cruises.

I believe that historically, pirate night has been offered on the Hawaii cruises. Alaska and Northern European cruises were getting the Frozen deck party and no fireworks (I believe due to environmental reasons...no idea, maybe above a certain latitude or certain bodies of water?)

We did not have one on our past February Fantasy cruise.
