I believe they're doing a "Buccaneer Blast" night. Not the full on Pirate night they used to do.

I would, people have been wearing them. There are pirate themed activities during the day.

We did a 3 night and a 4 night on the dream in august. Buchaneer takeover was on the 4 night only. Nothing on the 3 night.

That was our experience as well. That said, lots of people informally dressed up as pirates for the fireworks even though there was not a pirate-themed show.
