Does anyone happen to have a picture of the current options at Pirate League?

The one I have is a couple years old, so I'm not sure it's current. Although we are getting ready to do this again and I'm curious if anyone knows if the add this to MM+ now.

When I did it, they said they will only add your photoshoot pics from pirate's league to your MM account if you purchase a hard copy picture when you have them taken. Once you purchase one of the pictures - it does come in a really neat picture holder - they will add ALL of the photos taken during the photo shoot. They said if we didn't buy the one picture, we wouldn't be able to add them all to our account. You also have a choice which picture you buy. Tell them up front what you want to do so they let you pick the specific picture. They automatically print one, and that might not be the one you want.

I couldn't find any pictures of the current designs, but this is a description from Disney World's site. It sounds like some have less and some have more makeup.
