Pirate League in Halloween Carnival?

Does the Pirate League thing in the Halloween carnival area cost money to do or is it free? Also does Woody and Jesse still meet up in the Big Thunder Ranch area?

It is not free. I'm guessing around $35 but I don't remember.

I rang and booked my kids in for the pirates league makeover in October and I think it was about $35 each. Three different makeovers to choose from, and they took a credit card number to secure the booking.

We saw Woody on the walkway just outside the Ranch last Saturday. I'm assuming Jesse is still doing meet and greets there as well.
