Pirate Game

I am very annoyed, I have been trying to get the third part of the ship for a very long time and now and I just cleared it and it read "Creating Code" > "Verifying Code" > "failed". Afterwards I didn't get a Level three code or a bonus code, I thought I may have to close down the game and start it up again, upon doing so the codes were erased and I had todo level 3 again. Has this happened to anybody else?
