(its a joke, one of the divas is notorious for being late and we told her if she wasn't ready when the rest of us were we were going to leave without her!)

I'm not familiar with pirate terminolgy...we've just been calling it The Pirates code??

After reading it again, the way I'm taking the definition is (and again, I'm guessing lol) "Pirate Code" is the name (title) of the set of rules for Pirates. Like our Constitution.

I will gladly change it if you think it sounds better the other way. I'm having major blond moments today.
