Has any one done this? It sounds like fun we are going down in Aug. to Universal for a couple of days. Was it expensive, I was Restraunt.com and they have 25.00 gift cert. fot 10.00. We have 2 boys ages 11 and 8 and thought this would be a fun dinner. Thanks

We did it a number of years ago. It is fun, but is also expensive. I think I had paid $1.00 for a BOGOF coupon. Search out their website to see the pricing. In reality, the Restarant.com special nets you $15 off. Buying tickets through another source might get you same bargain or better. Those certificates usually say can't be combined, so if you try to "sneak by" by buying 2 discount tickets from one of the ticket agencies (undercovertourist.com) and use your coupon for the other 2 tickets, you may not be able to sit together. They will also try to upsell you at the window for the preferred seating. We did the preferred seating, but I probably wouldn't do it again. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the food a 5-6, the show a 7.5, and value for the money about a 7 - and that's because you get complimentary draft beer and cheap wine :). At the time we did it, I remember thinking I might do that again. Now that it's been a few years, I don't think I ever would. Interests change as the kids get older.

We are thinking of this also. Any one else ever go?
How does it compare to Dixie Stampede and Medieval Times..both we enjoyed.
