Pirate cruise Questions

Are Goofy and Max on the pirate cruise or not?
I've read conflicting reports. Is it hard to get reservations just 3 1/2 weeks out?

According to my 7-year-old DD who just did this last week, Goofy and Max are NOT on the Pirate Cruise, but she totally loved the cruise. As for reservations, it's hard to say if there will be space available or not, but on the day my DD did the cruise another child was able to sign up at the last minute. Good luck!

My DD and DS went last month, and no characters for them either (didn't expect any though). Both still had fun, and I think I too noticed a last-minute pirate getting in on the action. Good luck!
