We signed our kids up for the Pirate Cruise, but just recently heard that it was for resort guests. We have a split stay off-site and then at the BWI, but will still be off-site when the cruise is scheduled for. Will this be a problem?

I am fairly certain that the Pirate Cruise is available to anyone willing to pay for it. My boys did this in November and had a great time.

Call Dining just to be sure...

Our boys did the pirate cruise last April when we were staying off site so it was not restricted to resort guests then. The same held true for the Neverland Club. To drop them off we told the gate keeper at the GF and the Poly that we had ressies for pirate cruise (or Neverland Club) & they gave us a temporary parking pass. Maybe they hold certain # of spots for resort guests & make rest available to public. This may seem obvious but you did have to be visiting the parks ( I think we showed them our passes). This could've all changed since last April though.

Hi there... my daughter really enjoyed the Pirate cruise - she is sad she is too old for it now LOL

There were a lot of cute little ones on her cruise, some afraid to leave their parents and one little guy hysterical - he wanted to be a cowboy, not a pirate :D

There are some photos on my website link below

Thanks for your replies...I won't worry about being offsite. It looks like fun!

It is for anyone. We live about 30 minutes away and my son has done it.

Hi! My son had a lot of fun on this! I'm pretty sure it's for everyone. Just be sure to make it there on time - early and get there on time to pick your child up!

thanks for this info...we are stopping in a villa but i will try to book this for my two boys...you say you had a temporary parking pass does this mean you could freely walk around the hotel etc and use its facilities ie have a coffee sit round pool etc or is that strictly for people staying at GF
