Hello :)

I saw another post which mentioned the pirate and princess party tickets. Of course the day we thought we'd visit MK is on the 11th and this means they won't have regular fireworks right? But if we buy tickets to this party we are able to stay in the park later correct? Do they sell tickets the day of, so when we purchase our pass for the day, we could buy them? (we only do one day of WDW and a day of Sea World) ... I just don't want to buy them ahead in case we decide to go another day (ie. if weather is bad or something along those lines). What exactly happens and is it really good for the young kids (4 and 6 yrs)?? I had heard of the Halloween party one, but not this one before (gasp!) ... any info would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much ...

Yes, they will sell tickets if they haven't sold out the quota at the guest services window to the far right of the MK turnstiles.

Here is a thread with info:

I'm going with my DD & DS on March 6th - not dressing up, but wanted to see the parade, fireworks and Captain Jack ;)

I called CRO and booked and paid a month ago and will be picking up my tickets the day of the party at the will-call window :thumbsup2

I think your kids would love it, but they may get tired as it goes to midnight ::yes::

Good Luck with you decision :goodvibes

Can you get tickets just for this and not for the park? My dd turns 7 on the 14th and I was thinking that might be nice to do for her :) Then they wouldn't be exhausted from the whole day!!

edited to add one more ? ... I was looking at the above thread which linked to a picture thread and it seemed like more pirate related ... is this so? My girls are all about princesses ... the little one is slightly freaked out by pirates :)

Yes, you can get tickets for this only :)

Most of the attractions are open (that is why my kids are keen on going, as they want to walk on as quick as possible) :thumbsup2

I've read that you can get into the park earlier than the 7pm official start time, which gets you ahead of the crowd

There are Princess themes going on as well princess:

The fireworks are supposed to be spectacular :woohoo:

Here's another thread with more info :

Hope this helps! :goodvibes

If you are interested in going to the party, just buy tickets for the party and do not waste a day on your MYW tix, as you can get into MK anytime after 4:00 p.m. with your PPP ticket.

It is going to be a late night at the party (goes til midnight) so just have a easy relaxing day before the party. Sleep in, swim, shop etc. and get to MK @ 4:00. You'll have a blast. Maybe we'll see you there!
