Pirate and Princess Party

I see they will be having a pirate and princess party when we are down in Feb. Does anyone know if DVC gets a discount. I saw on the member page under news a link for the pirates and princess party, but it doesn't go any where. We fly in on the 9th of Feb in the morning. Originally we hadn't planned on doing anything that day. But now I am thinking of going to the P&P party. Also, does anyone know if you have to use a day on you hopper pass or just the party ticket to get in to the MK? We wouldn't be going over to the MK until the party.

I believe the discounted tickets for that time period had to be purchased by December 15th or 16th. You can still buy advance purchase tickets and get a bit of a discount over the "day of" tickets. Also, I have read that you can use your P&P ticket to get into MK as early as 4pm. If you want to go earlier than that, you will need a regular park ticket. Going at 4 is a good deal, I think!
