Pirate And Princess Party - Questions????

Can any one tell me how to get tickets for the Pirates and Princess party taking place in August?, I know they go on sale on the 1st June, also can we get them shipped over or can we pick them up when we get there?

If we don't buy them in advance will we still be able to buy them when we get to Disney?

I'd like to know this too....hopefully we can pay over the phone with visa then get them shipped over.

We tried to get ours at Maple Leaf on the 192 while we were there, but they told us that for the parties you have to get them direct from Disney. This wasn't a problem for us since we were in Orlando, but it could be a problem for you guys. I can only sugest you have a poke round their web site or give them a call. I do know you can buy regular tickets over the phone and pick them up at the gate, so maybe that will help?

I rang disney directly for my MNSSHP tickets as soon as they came out, and for $10 they were happy to have them shipped to me. i did hear of them refusing to ship tickets to other people and that they would have to be collected at the guest services window of the park, so i think it depends on the CM working the phone that night.
As for getting them when you get there, if the party is not sold out, then there is no reason you can't get them once you get to WDW. the only risk is if the party is a sell out, but this didn't happen once with the parties just gone. If you are flexible with dates, then hold off a little after June 1st to see how fast the tickets go. I will be phoning on june 1st though as I don't want to risk missing out

I'm sure I've read somewhere of buying the tickets on-line and printing them out, if this is right I'm sure it will be on the Disney website. It would make life alot easier for us over here if it's correct. Also a CM told someone that tickets may go on sale before 1st June so keep an eye out

Can't understand why anyone would pay $10 to have tickets sent over here, why not just select the will call option? just pay online and pick them up at guest relations when you get there. We always pick ours up at Downtown Disney guest relations as we are there every other evening.

I attended the party in January and I ordered on Disney's website and selected the Will Call option.

Once we arrived at WDW we simply produced our printed confirmation at Guest Relations and the tickets were generated there and then. No hassle at all.

The only reason i chose to have them shipped here is beacuse I heard of many people getting the wrong date on thier tickets and if I had a problem i wanted time to sort it out, $10 was worth my peace of mind
