I'm new to blogging so this page was probably not a good one to start on with all the vast information out there but I'm looking for input (good or bad) on the pirate and pal firework voyage.

Thanks in advance.

We did it with DD3 and DD1 and loved it, great view of the fireworks and lots of fun. DD3 is a huge Peter Pan fan and loved the meet and greet. However Peter himself was really disappointing with the interaction.

I am hoping to be able to book this when it gets a little closer to our trip. We are going 3/28-4/6, so I am going to try and reserve us a spot on it the end of February. My son is a HUGE Peter Pan and Jake and The Neverland Pirate fan. Plus I heard you get a good view of the Water Parade from the boat. I hope I can get the reservations :)

If you can book now, I would. It does fill up.

yeah if I book now I would, but u have to pay for it in advance...its not a big deal if we don't get in...we have so much stuff that I planned. Its not a big priority to me if we get in or don't. I hope we can get in bc I think it will be fun, but if we don't its ok :thumbsup2

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and we all LOVED it. It was the best thing we did on our last trip to WDW - really magical and fun.

Does anyone know if the "photo session" with Smee and Hook are included or are part of MM? I have MM either way, just wondering!
Thanks!

The photo session with Mr Smee and Capt. Hook does have a Photopass photographer there. It takes place before the boat trip You can also use your own camera too. There is also all sorts of snacks and drinks which are also included while you wait for the meet and greet. Well worth it. Seeing the fireworks from the water was a wonderful viewpoint. When you return to the dock you are greeted by Peter Pan for another meet and greet. Enjoy:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

We did it the first week of December and loved it. We thought it was really cute. It was myself, DH and DS(4). He loved seeing Captain Hook and Mr. Smee and waving goodbye to them as the boat left. The view from the lake was beautiful and the "host pirates" were excellent. Upon our return, Peter Pan was waiting and that was very exciting. The snack selection prior to the cruise was great - popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream, cake, etc.

We have booked this for our June trip! Nice to hear all the good reviews!:cool1: However, is it really a good idea to fill up on junk food before getting on a boat? :rotfl:

Are there bathrooms on the boat?

No bathrooms on the boat...if I can recall they tell you when your about to head out so people can make a quick run to the bathroom beforehand:)

Yes, they give you about a 10 minute heads up that it's time to do the bathroom breaks. You are on the boat for an hour or so, so best to make a pit stop before boarding.

I think I am going to book this for our trip in September. I think my boys (ages 4 and 5) will love it. I just have a few questions I am hoping someone here can answer.

1. How far in advance can I book this?
2. Is there a photopass photographer available for the meet and greets?
3. Do the characters sign autographs?

TIA

When we went in November there was NOT a photopass photog with Hook and Smee. I will say that was the only thing we were disappointed with. I wish we could have had pp pics with Hook and Smee! There was with Peter Pan.
