Why do I get emails with pins that don't say my family name but some strangers name? and the agents won't let me use the pins because these people are not going to be in my party. The emails came to me at my own e-mail address. I hope this question makes sense. I was so excited to get the pin and was told very rudely by the Disney agent that "you can't use this, this isn't your name!" Thanks for any help.
