Pins from eBay?

Hi guys.

I think before our next trip I'll buy a grab bag of pins from eBay.

There's a seller on there called Lotsapins or something similar who has great feedback - have any of you used them?

Also - do you think getting them delivered to AKL would be OK?

I have used Pinfinder.com for past 2 lots. They have just had a sale recently I think they were selling 100 pins for $125 (burt will correct if wrong, I told him the price by PM) but the sale has ended now back to full price. If you are interested I will PM when another sale is on. He does free delivery worldwide but I was caught for import duty last time so I would recommend sending to your hotel while there.

Other option is try your luck in the discount shops we bought a load at Easter for 49cents each, they had loads more at 99cents each but hit and miss in the outlet stores.

Will any of those eBay.com sellers ship to your resort at Disney? I understand a Villa as it is a "normal" address, but just wondered. I would love to get some pins for DD. She bought a lanyard and a few pins last year but right at the end of our trip. I don't feel like paying $7-12 a pop at the Disney stores there. I also don't need 100 of them

Oh, and just reading some info on the link, what are ProPins and Sedesma pins? The seller guarantees you won't get them, which makes it sound like something worth checking you are NOT buying.

Thanks Wayne! If I get a big bag we may even be able to spread some magic for some other people when we're there. Although I think 100 pins could add up in weight and if we don't give enough away ....

Now what happens for those of us only travelling later in the year (2nd October arrival)? It's not going to be a good idea to have it delivered to the resort at this stage. Do these sales happen often enough that I can risk waiting for the next one and how far in advance can one reasonably order for resort delivery?

They seem to be getting more regular this year, Mart(burt) ordered last sale so he will be able to tell you when it was, I deleted the email. I believe he paid back then at sale price for August delivery to OKW but check with him or email Pinfinder.com

I saw those packs of 100 state that you get "no more than 3 of each kind" which I read to mean pretty much 3 of a kind - at least for the most part.

Do you want them to get them on arrival or could you sort them 3 ways before hand and keep the odd ones to dole out as you see fit (that looks perfectly set up for good behaviour incentives, depending on the ages of your kids )

Did you email them before you placed your order to ask for a later delivery? Oh, and do you think I could pay on a FairFX card? Sorry about all the questions but this current sale means I can actually buy approximately the numnber of pins I need (a lot of 25 would do fine unless I had someone to share with).
