pins at universal?

Does Universal have pin trading like Disney does?

yes, think much smaller scope than disney

u can buy pins in the gift shops & kiosks (very well designed imo, more selective) & u can find TMs with lanyards who will trade

i always do pins at universal and buy a lot at hrc.

it is mainly in the stores and at the carts.

I spent over$200 on pins and gave them all away too family last visit...
The kids love the SpongeBob ones,and BettyBobb is for my good friend!!Basicaly I buy pins for everyone!!!

That's the one thing I haven't gotten into at the parks. I blow enough money on stuff to get pins. Some of the pins are cool though.

we collect pins.....we usually reward the kids with a pin when they try a new ride (ie if they weren't tall enough last trip and are on the current one). We have a nice collection of both Disney and Uni/IOA pins.

DH collects the Hard Rock guitar pins.......they stay home and don't go anywhere.....he has some rare collectible ones

Thank you!! We collect Disney pins but I was thinking of starting Universal ones too. My oldest daughter is a BIG spongebob Fan so that is perfect for us!

I was there all weekend. I didn't see a lot of TM wearing them. There were some, but it was hit or miss (we don't pin trade at Universal, but I wanted to see if it was catching on b/c I probablly would at some point).
