PINs and travel agents

Can a travel agent find out if you have a PIN attached to your name when they make your reservation? Or do you have to book the reservation yourself to find out? (I booked through AAA last week and I'm wondering if I should have asked the travel agent check for PINs.)

^^^ I could be wrong but I think only Disney has access to the PIN code info. Travel agents have other types of discounts they offer to their clients. If I'm mistaken someone else please enlighten me.

As a TA I can call and ask Disney if there is a PIN associated with my client's name. Sometimes they will tell me, sometimes I get one of the CM's that says "we can't do that anymore". It wouldn't hurt for your TA to call and ask.

The TA would have to have your address and name the pin offer was address to. If you have booked already your TA will have your address but will still need the name the pin offer was address to.

Yes the TA can check for you. my Ta has done it a few times for me
