The Pins that folks are getting that extend through March/April - are you getting them via email of snail mail or both?

If you update your accounts through the wdw website, it helps to generate PINS...my husband keeps getting every single pin code out there...it's crazy!! We have gone 3x in the past 12 months and all with offers! You need to update every couple of months or so! It really does work for lots of people.

Are you clearing your cookies before you update a new account? This all sounds crazy, right?? But it totally worked for me and lots of other friends of mine that did this!

Can you confirm the web site that we need to update our profile on is disney.go.com. Signed my daughter up yesterday and keep getting welcome emails and download a gift which is a screen saver. There are so many disney promotional sites that I want to make sure I am going to the source of the pins!

Finally they seemed to have fixed their profile information. In the past I had info based on the old 'username' only approach as well one based on email. One of the profiles was wrong as it was missing my home address. However the other was were correct. I updated them in any case.

And it's not a matter of spam filtering. One of the emails is from work, and I manage all the anti spam filters and know what gets blocked or not...
