I powered down, unplugged and replugged the cable and still can't get in. It just keeps on showing it's running and contacting www.pinpics.com. Blank screen. Every other site I tried is loading normal.
Wondering -- those who can get in -- does your ISP load from a site they save on their server? (Like @home -- or at least like Cox use to, and as far as I know still do.) Or does it load the current version, the latest and greatest?

to my knowledge it loads as requested. the only caching is what is done locally on my system.
