I'm with you on the alterations (I think next week I am going to get an appt.) and hoping to lose 15 lbs! I just don't think that the weight is going anywhere. Hoping the alterations gals can help with that!!

Oooo I really like that! I wasn't intending to do any programs as there are only 8 of us all together including us and our two boys. But I might just do it!

We were really on the fence about it, but I think they came out well, considering the only thing I had to pay for was ink!!

Here's what I've been up to.. I spoke with Brie on Friday, and she said there was an issue with a crane at Castaway that may move the ceremony location. She said they would make a call two weeks prior to sailing. Here's hoping the Head's Up Pier will be available!!

I'm also trying to figure out who exactly will be walking me down the aisle. Both my Dad and Stepdad will be in attendance. Regardless of who I choose, someone will feel as though their toes had been stepped on. I really want to make this as stress-free as possible. I had also considered asking my Grandfather, but he will not be able to make it due to some health issues. I'm thinking maybe both my Mom and Dad, but that has yet to be determined.

I ordered some foundation garments from Ebay, for about 1/2 the cost of VS or David's. As soon as they come in, I'll make an appt. for fittings!

Finally is the issue of my hair. I was thinking maybe a blowout with a rough bun. But, I'm still trying to figure out what would look best on me. Maybe I'll try to run through some options with a local stylist that can be duplicated on the ship.

Boo for the crane! I'm so glad i already switched to Deck 7 as i would be freaking out right now not knowing what was going on! I hope Heads Up bar is available if that's what you want!

Would it be awkard to have both dad and step-dad walk you down? Maybe you just walk yourself down instead of having to choose between the 2 of them? Hope you figure it out!

Tanning - went for my 1st session last thursday...yup...red faced already. sucks being so pale and fair! oh well....1 down 9 more sessions to go!

I need to figure out exactly what i want for my hair too! Are you having it done? I'm doing my Epcot shoot before we sail and Beaute Special is going to do it for that so i'm hoping i can get the ship to replicate her do! Makeup is my next issue....i suck at it!

"Implements of reduction"!! I'm going to call them "Implements of Mass Reduction" or IMR for short from now on!!

It is a bit lame about the crane. It's one of those things that you just have absolutely no control over. One half of me wants to go Bridezilla, and the other half just wants to go with the flow. But fingers crossed!

With my Dad and Stepdad I would kinda imagine the trip from the boat to ceremony to be something like this, Me- So... the weather is really nice today. Them- Yup, uh huh. Crickets chirping, dogs barking, and the wind blowing...

So, I had my first tanning session this evening. I went to a place I had never been (armed with a coupon in hand!) and went through the whole bit with the girl at the front desk. She asks for my DOB. Fine, no problem. Then she goes "Oh wow you're 30.." "You should really try our wrinkle-reducing lotions"

Ok, in my head I'm screaming, You've clearly failed math class, because I don't turn 30 for another 8 months!!! You blankety blank blank blank!!! Then as she is showing me around, she says again, "Wow 30..." I just grit my teeth and smiled. Evil High-Schooler!!

I am going to have my hair done by the salon on the ship, thank gawd for that! Yeah, makeup... I will completly agree I suck at it too! I tried to do a run-through yesterday, and it was B-A-D bad! I tried the "smoky eye" look. It turned out to be the "black eye" look! My sister will likely do it for me on the ship, which is good, because I cannot be trusted!!

The marrige license people already got in contact with us!! It's going to be no time!

So not much on the wedding front. I go to my first fitting tomorrow!

I've been working with balloons currently at my job. So, today my boss asked me to come up with some designs using particular formats for an upcoming trade show. What did I come up with might you ask? Obvi!!

Main Street balloons!!!

Well, it was vetoed pretty quickly, but made me happy!!

If anyone is interested in how to create this let me know. It took a bit of patience and a good supply of helium.

Cute balloons! Funny enough, I had a similar experience at work today. We were meeting about our big leadership conference in February and, at some point, it was suggested that we bring in a speaker from the Disney Institute. I told them that if we do then I HAVE to make something fun with my Mickey hole punch. Unfortunately, though, THIS conference will have 300 attendees. A LOT more than my 30 guest wedding!

We quickly moved along to other ideas . . .

I haven't heard from Brie in regards to the confirmations or times for ceremony. I did hear something back from her today on something else. We also get our marriage license in the mail today!

Alright, to create the double bubble effect, this is what you will need-

(Ask for all at your local party store)

• A helium regulator with a latex valve. In other words, one without an automatic shut off for foil/mylar balloons.
  
• Lot's O Helium!
  
• 24" Clear Deco Bubble Balloon
  
• 15" Mickey Head Latex Balloon
  
• A super long coffee stirer, or very thin stick

Exactly one month from today our trip will begin!!

Over the weekend I tied up all the loose ends I could. I've even started shipping boxes! Peridot ring 2.0 arrived yesterday too! (It looks identical just a smaller size!)

Here's my to do-

• Get hair highlighted and cut
• Keep tanning
• Finish with dress fitting appointments
• Start packing
• Ship remaining boxes
• Oh yeah, figure out the walking down the asile thing.. Nothing like procrastinating!
• Order park tickets
• Get confirmations from Brie

Hmm.. Anything else I'm forgetting?
