Pineapple Whips

Just out of curiousity...does anyone know if the Magic Kingdom still has the pineapple whip stand? (It was there in '98.) I seem to remember it being somewhere by Pirates of the Caribbean. Also, are there any other stand in any of the other parks?

Those are the most refreshing ice cream treats I've ever eaten at a Theme Park.

Yes it's still there. I think it's called Aloha Isle.

I believe they are most commonly known as Dole Whips and Dole Whip Floats. The best thing on the planet, if you like pineapple like I do.

My Dad called them Pineapple Whips so I guess that's where I got it from. I remember the last day I was at the Resort, we had to make a special trip to MK just to get one last one. They are absolutely wonderful on a hot day. Very refreshing, not real sweet like the other ice cream treats. I believe you can get just plain pineapple or pineapple and vanilla swirl. Both are AWESOME!

It's the first thing that I have to do when we get to the MK. I have to have my Dole Whip!!

I've never had one. I try to rationalize that if I'm going to consume calories it's going to be a hot fudge brownie sundae.

They are really good on hot days. When I'm walking around sweating my butt off, the last thing that sounds refreshing is hot chocolate on ice cream. lol These are very tropical and refreshing and YES very good if you like pineapple.

Forget eating at a resturant. When I'm at MK I get a Turkey Leg and a Dole Whip and I'm set for the day.
