Pineapple muffin bars on CC

I just got back from a trip on the Disney Fantasy and had a great time. My sister and I fell in love with the pineapple muffin bars at the BBQ on Castaway cay. I can't find any posts about it. Maybe most people don't like them as much as we did. Anyway, trying to find a comparable recipe someplace. Anyone know of one. I tried searching but came up empty.

No, but I will. I'm pretty sure they were labeled as pineapple muffin bars..but could be the same thing. Thanks!

I had these-very good. But they really weren't like an upside down cake. Following and will do some of my own searching and post if I find anything

I got a reply from Disney that they didn't have the receipt to give me. I also was told from another site that you can submit a request for recipes to your server. But there really wasn't a server at the CC BBQ. But if anyone has any luck, please post it here!

The servers at the BBQ are the servers on the ship, so in theory you could ask your MDR server if they can get the recipe for you... Course that means you have to wait until your next cruise...
