I only have an answer for number 2. The Dole Whip is just the pinapple ice cream. A Dole Whip Float is the dole whip in a glass with pineapple juice.

That is a twist Dole Whip, you can also get a normal Dole whip (just yellow colored stuff) and the float is the Dole Whip in a glass of pineapple juice.

Oh my gosh Cass!! I love that picture. I knew that they could combine it with chocolate, but I didn't know they would layer it!!!

When I was there in December, they also had it available swirled with vanilla Can you tell I love Dole Whips???
I had heard that they were now allowed on the Dining plan, both the floats and the regular soft serve cups. I can't wait till September!!!

I made a special trip to AL last week just to get a Dole Whip. It is definitely on the snack DDP. We sat down next to a mother and daughter from Florida and they were having (I think) the float. It was in a clear glass and also looked very yummy. She said they always go to Aloha Isle to get one. IIRC, it was also on the DDP as a snack! Very good treat on a very hot day!

I got a Dole float twice last month in the MK for a snack on the DDP. The place I got it was Adventureland, but I never checked the name of the place.

I suppose you could ask for....
vanilla float with pineapple juice
chocolate float with pineapple juice
pineapple float with coke
pineapple float with root beer
chocolate float with coke
chocolate float with root beer
even though technically they aren't on the menu.

But if you ask for a three-way pineapple-vanilla-chocolate swirl, the CM may run away screaming!

#2a - Pineapple juice is in a float. They can do that for any flavor.

It seems as if all of your questions have already been answered, but just had to say that I LOVED the Dole whip float. As a matter of fact on the last day of our trip my grand gathering group of 8 all decided we wanted to hit all 4 parks in 1 day and while all of the others were hitting their favorite rides in MK I was in line getting my 2nd Dole whip float of the week. That's how much I loved it. I was willing to pass up one last ride on Space Mountain for it.

That's supposed to be a dole whip float, not a beer.
