Our resale agent called last night. Our closing went through on Monday without a hitch.
I'm giddy with indecision! Can't figure out where to go or what to do first. What a nice problem to have.
We'll probably take a long weekend at BWV in January (myself, DH, 10-yo DS, 8 yo DD). Maybe get a 2br so my in-laws can join us.

Only 126 points remain for 2003 (perfect for a 2br in Jan). Fine with us b/c we've already committed to other vacations this year.

6 April (Sun) saw a listing we liked on Jaki Apetz's site (http://www.atimeshare.com/) She was wonderful!!
7 April (Mon) contacted Jaki, made offer at $69, offer accepted
9 April (Wed) Jaki submitted contract to Disney
30 April (Wed) Received word that Disney declined ROFR
13 May (Tues) Received closing docs by email
14 May (Wed) Faxed signed closing docs to title company; wired money
19 May (Mon) Title co formalized closing, sent everything to Disney
27 May (Tues) Jaki says we should be able to call MS on this date to get our membership # and confirm points are available and make any reservations. Can't wait!
For now it's off to the cruise!! (Thank goodness...otherwise I'd be pacing the floor waiting to call MS on Tuesday.
